Customer satisfaction is very much at the core of what we do and how we operate. To help us achieve this, Skips@Home has documented systems in place, covering a wide range of procedures including customer care, order processing, non-conformance control, trace-ability and review and evaluation.
In support of our commitment to responsible waste management we are happy to provide copies of our Waste Brokers Licence and Public Liability Insurance.
As part of Cory Environmental we follow a strict Environmental, Health and Safety Policy and are able to call on the help and support of other group companies who are involved in:
- The collection and disposal of over 3million tonnes of waste per year from approximately 250,000 households and commercial properties
- The operation of transfer stations and waste material and recycling facilities at locations all over the UK
Skips@Home has regional depots, that provide skips directly to customers, and a network of tried and trusted subcontractors that represent the best mix of price and service that each area of the UK has to offer. We have built up this network over 15 years.
Because our group spends over £12 million per year with suppliers we can secure rates and service levels that few others can match.
The performance of suppliers is constantly monitored through our systems; under-performers are quickly substituted. All new suppliers are rigorously screened to ensure they comply with all current waste management legislation, and that they have the facilities and capabilities to meet our standards. Before they are accepted as a first choice supplier they must then complete a three-month probationary period.
